    Brian is the Founder and President of L & L Rail & Fence. Brian started his career in Rail & Fence work in the early 90’s and is 3rd generation in the industry. Brian is humble and never forgets where he came from. His eye for detail, work ethic, and honesty has earned L & L Inc. an excellent reputation within the multi-family housing industry in Baltimore, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

    Project Manager / Sales Consultant

    After earning his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Marketing Toby went right back to school for his PMP. He is focused and driven to get the job done right the first time. His ability to plan ahead makes Toby a top performer when assisting customers develop and execute their fencing, railing and miscellaneous metal projects.

    Kayla is L & L administrator who is the glue that keeps L & L running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. She is caring, genuine and always on top of the day to day operation of L & L ensuring maximum efficiency for the clients, employees and vendors.
